With 25 years of experience in insurance and financial services, I serve as Founder and President of Strata Insurance Group. Over the course of my career, I’ve built my business around one core principle: helping clients protect what matters most while positioning them to achieve their long-term goals.

I’m passionate about developing strong teams, building lasting relationships, and creating strategies that give families and business owners clarity and confidence in their financial future.

Family is everything to me. My wife, Stacia, and our two kids are my greatest joy. We love traveling together, exploring new places, and creating experiences that last a lifetime. I also have a passion for aviation and hold my private pilot’s license. Flying our plane is one of the ways our family enjoys adventure and perspective, both in the air and in life.
